Terms & Conditions

Update: 1st July 2019
  • Homewares (Lanterns, scatter cushions, etc) – Refund within 24 hours or credit note within 7 days.
  • Clearance Items – No warranty, refunds or exchanges.
  • Quotes – Valid for 7 days only (does not guarantee stock availability).
  • Credit notes and gift vouchers – Valid for 12 months from date of issue
  • Special Orders – All special orders take approximately 14 to 16 weeks and are non-refundable.
  • Payments must be received in full and cleared prior to delivery or pick up.
  • We require 24 hours notice via email for all warehouse pick ups.
  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 10% cancellation fee applies if required.
  • Delivery – You will be contacted within 2 weeks of your purchase date (or final payment date) by our warehouse to organise your delivery.
  • Warranty – Valid for residential use only.

LAYBY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • 6 to 8 week layby term
  • Once a deposit is paid on an invoice and in turn we are holding the stock, this is automatically converted to a layby.
  • Not available on sale items.
  • 10% cancellation fee applies on any deposits paid.
  • If we have held stock for over 3 months without any payments on the invoice, the sale is cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

  • Floorstock Only.
  • Sold as is off the floor.
  • Prices are as marked.
  • No Refund, warranty or exchanges.
  • No finance terms available on clearance/sale items.

REFUND

  • Furniture – Please choose carefully as we do not refund furniture after delivery.
  • Homewares – 24 hour refund or 7 day credit note. Please provide proof of purchase.

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOM CUSHIONS

  • Subject to colour availabilty.
  • Range of colours available for viewing in each store location (Osborne Park,  Joondalup).
  • Custom cushions will be made to measure.
  • All measurements will be provided by the customer.
  • Custom orders take 14-16 weeks to arrive. Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to size or material, nor do we permit refunds or returns.
  • A minimum 30% deposit is required to place a custom special order.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as the inability to pay off the order; order is no longer needed, etc, the deposit placed on the order will be forfeited.
